Board meetings are held monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (September through June).

In person meetings (when possible) occur at William James College (1 Wells Ave, Newton MA 02459).

Beginning in April  2020, board meetings have been held virtually (via zoom) in response to COVID-19 social distancing/stay-at home considerations.
